Since that time [REDACTED] has been bitter [REDACTED] [REDACTED] He was subsequently arrested for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reportedly, and somewhere in that state. He [REDACTED] [REDACTED] excellent navigator and is also a sky diver. He has reportedly served time in the U.S. Penitentiary in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] has also [REDACTED]
LT. [REDACTED] advised him that [REDACTED] saw [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to the use of morticians wax for facial makeup as part of a costume for a party. The most recent information on [REDACTED] whereabouts is [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] telephone [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] etc., at [REDACTED] telephone [REDACTED] He report- edly was living in [REDACTED] with a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] He is in apparent financial difficulty.
