Facts of complaint

C. called to advise, in response to the newspaper article regarding $20 bills, that approximately two weeks ago, a man answering the general description of the hijacker came in to the bank and wanted to change four to five thousand dollars worth of $20 bills to $100 bills, but was turned down by the Assistant Manager since he didn't have an account. The only variance from unsub's description was that the man in the bank had graying hair. C. stated [redacted] could tell Agents more about the man's description.

The man in the bank was unknown as a customer, and nothing further was known concerning him.
