A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: [REDACTED]
On 3/27/72, [REDACTED] was interviewed at his place of employment, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), 3200 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, California. He advised he was employed as [REDACTED] for FAA at instant address on the entire day of 11/24/71.
On the same date, [REDACTED] FAA, Santa Monica, made available time and attendance records which indicate [REDACTED] was in attendance at [REDACTED] in Santa Monica from 8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on the date of 11/24/71, and was given credit for nine hours of work that day.
In view of the above, [REDACTED] does not appear to warrant additional investigation as a logical suspect in this matter, at this time.
