At 12:59 PM, today, ASAC [REDACTED] Seattle Division, telephonically advised that [REDACTED] Crime Records Division, had advised him to relay to Los Angeles that the press release dictated by [REDACTED] concerning this matter could be provided to the press after 1:15 PM, today.
