On 4/11/77, it was determined that SA [REDACTED] had spoke to Mrs. MARY R. MORIARITY, 8617 Remick Avenue, Sun Valley, California 91352 concerning information she might have concerning captioned matter. SA [REDACTED] had contacted Mrs. MORIARITY and advised her that the agent handling captioned matter would be contacting her within a short period of time in an effort to determine if she had any information of value concerning captioned matter.
On 4/11/77, SA [REDACTED] case agent, was contacted and he advised he had personally contacted Mrs. MORIARITY and determined she had negative information regarding captioned matter. In view of the foregoing, no further action is being taken in instant matter.
