FOR INFORMATION OF DALLAS AND SACRAMENTO, DAILY CONTACT HAS BEEN MAINTAINED WITH THE U.S. PARACHUTE ASSOCIATION, (USPA), AND ARRANGEMENTS
HAVE BEEN MADE TO HAVE COMPOSITE PHOTOGRAPH OF UNSUB AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTIVE ARTICLE OF THE CRIME PUBLISHED IN THE PUBLICATION "THE PARACHUTIST". THERE ARE SIXTEEN THOUSAND MEMBERS OF USPA. A LIST OF ALL AFFILIATED CLUBS OF THE USPA FOR THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN FURNISHED THE BUREAU AND SEATTLE. SEATTLE HAS ALSO BEEN FURNISHED
AN INDEX OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AFFILIATED CLUBS FOR THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA, WASHINGTON, OREGON, NEVADA, IDAHO AND ARIZONA.
DALLAS COVER LEAD MENTIONED IN REFERENCED DALLAS NITEL AS TO PARACHUTE SKY DIVER AND AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS. WITH REFERENCE TO SACRAMENTO'S REQUEST TO OBTAIN A COMPLETE MEMBERSHIP LIST OF USPA MEMBERS, IT IS NOT BELIEVED THAT THIS IS FEASIBLE AND SHOULD BE LEFT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE OFFICE OF ORIGIN.
