Enclosed for Kansas City is referenced airtel and enclosures thereto (Seattle LHM, dated 11/28/71 and photo lineup), which were inadvertently forwarded to St. Louis by Newark.
Receiving offices will note that lead set forth for St. Louis in referenced airtel, to display enclosed photo lineup to [REDACTED], telephone number [REDACTED] [REDACTED], at St. Louis, Missouri, should have been set out for Kansas City, inasmuch as this telephone number is located in Columbia, Missouri. Inquiry by St. Louis through SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY was unproductive in effort to verify [REDACTED] subscription to above telephone number; however, inquiry through the MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE disclosed that one [REDACTED], date of birth [REDACTED], Columbia, was issued a Missouri driver's license.
