SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) 11/29/71

ASAC PAUL R. BIBLER

UNKNOWN SUBJECT; NORTHWEST AIRLINES FLIGHT #305, PORTLAND TO SEATTLE, 11/24/71 CAA - HIJACKING; EXTORTION OO: SEATTLE BUfile 164-2111

---

At 11:15 AM, 11/29/71, I telephoned Portland and advised ASAC VINNIE RUEHL that the witness [REDACTED], [REDACTED], had returned to Eugene, Oregon. [REDACTED] is one of the four passengers we had in this area, who provided any description of the subject.

I told RUEHL that [REDACTED] would be available at the [REDACTED], Eugene, Oregon, telephone, area [REDACTED].

I told him to have the Resident Agent take the Facial Identification Catalogue and a form and talk to the witness immediately about nothing but eyes, to transmit whatever information he got to the Bureau by facsimile immediately and to call Seattle and advise when this had been done.
