Referenced individual located at 3232 South Orchard Park Rd., Orchard Park, N.Y., [REDACTED] by J.M. Productions, Inc., [REDACTED]. True name of referenced individual determined to be [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (note correct spelling).

[REDACTED] from both USPA and Canadian Sports Para Assoc., which has Headquarters in Vancouver, B.C. He has in the past been a member of the Frontier Sky Divers Club, which operates in the Buffalo area at the Akron, N.Y., Airport.

[REDACTED] is also an experienced parachutist and former [REDACTED] of Frontier Sky Divers Club.

Neither [REDACTED] bear close resemblence to the composit drawing of the Unsub known as DAN COOPER.

Both [REDACTED] were in Buffalo on 11/24/71.
