---

Due to the vast discrepancy between the description supplied for [REDACTED] and the NORJAK Unsub, a new bank robbery suspects program case was opened in the Portland Division and investigation initiated in that regard.

---

On 4/18/72, [REDACTED] was contacted at [REDACTED], by SA [REDACTED]. At this time [REDACTED] supplied an identical description of [REDACTED] as set forth above. She again advised that [REDACTED] was definitely no more than 5'4" in height and weighed approximately 125 pounds. She advised that [REDACTED] comment to her that he had been a paratrooper while in the Armed Forces from 1945 to 1947, made her suspect that he could possibly have been the NORJAK Unsub.

---

After advising of the above, [REDACTED] was displayed an artist's sketch of the NORJAK Unsub. She advised that [REDACTED] facial characteristics are similar, however, [REDACTED] could not possibly be identical with DAN COOPER due to the extreme difference in height and weight.

---

Due to the above, unless advised to the contrary by the Bureau, no further investigation will be conducted regarding [REDACTED] as the NORJAK Unsub. However, investigation will continue in the Portland Division concerning [REDACTED] under the bank robbery suspects program.
