Enclosed for Seattle are two copies of three- photograph composite of [REDACTED].
The following investigation was conducted by SA JOHN EDWARD SHEDD, at Sacramento, California:
A review of the case entitled [REDACTED] [REDACTED], reflected the following:
It becomes apparent upon reading this file that during subject's six years of freedom, no employment has been uncovered, with the investigation reflecting he has never been without funds to purchase, in cash, numerous vehicles, provide himself with good living accomodations, and at the same time support several young female companions. A general impression is gathered that he is an accomplished [REDACTED], and an avid parachutist, bowler and skater. As a result of these impressions, it gave cause to review the case entitled "NORJAK," which case involved the hijacking of Northwest Airlines, Flight Number 305, on 11/24/71. From a review of the subject's file and the NORJAK file, the following similarities were noted:
1. At the time of the hijacking of Northwest Airlines Flight Number 305, the subject was [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
