On 9/2/75, [REDACTED], Seattle, Washington with telephone number [REDACTED], advised this date that he had some information which could possibly be of value in connection with the investigation being conducted on the D.B. COOPER case.

He stated that recently [REDACTED] [REDACTED] residing in Eugene, Oregon contacted [REDACTED] and related that [REDACTED] who works [REDACTED], related to him that she observed some documents showing where [REDACTED] had loaned $100,000 to a man by the name of [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Her attention to this particular transaction was of interest since she was wondering where [REDACTED] [REDACTED] would have obtained $100,000 to loan to someone else. She thereafter contacted [REDACTED] [REDACTED], who in turn contacted [REDACTED] and made an inquiry concerning $100,000 loan. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] told him that he was not the individual who was involved in that transaction.
