JUDGE'S STATEMENT
---
This defendant entered a plea of GUILTY on August 19, 1981, to the offense of [redacted] (Count II), in violation of the provisions of Sections 28.[redacted] and 14.15(7401)(1) Michigan Statutes Annotated. The court accepted defendant's plea and [redacted] defendant guilty as charged. Therefore, Count I, is dismissed.
A pre-sentence investigation report of [redacted] probation officer of this court, is complete. The court having nothing further to add, the sentence of the court is as follows.
