Re Bureau airtel to all offices except Seattle, Portland, and Las Vegas, dated 11/29/71.
Seattle Division will forward copies of the new artist's composite to all offices. UACB, Seattle will request that all divisions not make press releases of the new composite at this time, because of the possibility of adverse publicity due to the December FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin publication of an interim artist's composite.
