[REDACTED] Washington, his [REDACTED] had planned a trip to Reno, Nevada, for December 1. Since [REDACTED] was low on funds due to his present lack of employment, he decided [REDACTED] that he would [REDACTED] Everett, Washington, to Reno, Nevada. He [REDACTED] at Everett at [REDACTED], on the morning of [REDACTED] and proceeded to Portland, Oregon, where he had a three-hour layover. He got on the bus in Portland after his layover and immediately noticed two persons who were occu- pying the seat right in front of him. These two persons were described as follows:

Build Thin and wiry Complexion Light Hair Black, shoulder length very fluffy, thick and full Eyes Wore glasses with wire rims Dress Blue jeans that were quite tight and square toed type shoes
