Dear Sirs,

I am suggestively writing to you. About the airplane hijacking. I am an imaginative person and I have ideas come to me. I recently sent one to an airline. I am sending this one to you.

I think I see a possible way of altering the hijackers arena which could lead to other possible methods of thwarting.

The way I see it can involve a lot of or very little labor and material according to the degree of thwart[ment] needed.

For planes smaller than the 747 I suggest that the aisle be interrupted with one or maybe two sets of seats be set [guess: up] consecutive per each

PRESENT ARRANGEMENT

ALTERED

[guess: With] or independently the [guess: rest] [guess: suggests] [guess: innovation] [illegible] may also help. This involves the area between the top of each seatback and [guess: on] up the ceiling of [guess: plane], [guess: next] [illegible]

3) I suggest a visual block - which could be effected by simply a short upward [guess: lashed] curtain.

As you can see what I suggest cuts how much the hijacker, can see. Its a line of thought - [guess: suggestive] thought. I have others.

Sincerely, [REDACTED - b6, b7C]
