OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 MAY 1962 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P) DATE: 11/15/72

FROM : SA [REDACTED] Sub R

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: Seattle

---

[REDACTED] Spokane, Wn., Tel. [REDACTED] appeared at the Spokane RA and advised he is [REDACTED] at Whitworth College in Spokane. In one of his classes at Whitworth he [REDACTED] determined the exact landing spot of DAN COOPER.

According to their calculations, if the stairwell were lowered at at 8:10 pm, and the plane indicator felt a bump at 8:20 pm, and were located at the south end of Woodland, going 200 miles per hour at an altitude of 10,000 ft., the plane would have traveled 10 miles plus the distance of 3.1 miles which the subject would have traveled while falling. Therefore the subject is 13.1 miles south of Woodland, Wn.
