The [redacted] B[redacted] Seattle Wash. Dear Sir 164-81 It seems to me this D B Cooper deal is the same guy, that took off before the last [guess: man] that was caught in, the same deal a few weeks later. It seemed they put keepers in the 2nd time when he went with the $5,000,00 [guess: or so]. He was a trained parachutist. Is it not [guess: possible] that he got away the first time [guess: and] he tried for the second and didnt make it. I havent seen any indications that the man couldnt be the same man. no other man has tried it. I am not a detective but I [guess: strongly] feel only one man is involved. no one else has tried it.

Yours Truly [redacted]
