Will you please notify the proper authorities that there appears to be evidence that C..D. Cooper is north of Pegeon Springs and about North 80°East six or eitht miles from the town of Carrolls, Wash. this evidence should not be taken lightly, if he is in the state of Wash he will be found in this area .
