Citizen letter to Seattle Sheriff's Office reporting psychic visions of the Cooper suspect

Sheriff's Office Seattle, Washington.

Dear Sir: Some months back, I made a report to some local police in a neighboring small town concerning the man who had high-jacked the plane with 200,000. ransome money. Several days back in talking with one of three men he said they had not sent the information. So will mail direct, what I believe is God given information concerning the man who had so far gotten away with his act.

In a vision -- I was up in the air, looking down, I saw a man sitting on the ground, under some decidious trees, he had raked some leaves around him, evidently to make some sort of a bed. It looked like his left leg may have been injured. Possibly some 200 feet to the [guess: south] of him was a barn, and beyond the barn must have been a house, although I was not able to see it. There were some people running out beyond the line of the barn, they saw this man laying under the trees. I heard one man say, we have to get him out of there, before some one sees him. It was several days later, I saw this man walking out, I believe a dirt road. There was a restaurant at a short distance. Some people in the restaurant saw him coming, they became afraid, locked the door and got out of sight. -- That was all. I was given no information as to the location or in what state. This much, it was in an area where there were decidious trees, no evergreens, and in an area where lumbering was going on. On the back of this page, I will draw a cut of the restaurant as I saw it.

Again, in listening to a news cast, I learned the hunt for this man or men is still continuing. That night in a prayer to our Heavenly Father, I asked for information which I could forward [guess: this] to the law enforcement agency, which would enable them to capture this man or men. In a vision - I was over some water, up in the air a short distance, and out from the shore a short distance, where the water met the shore, there was just about enough space for a person to walk along. The bank went almost straight up, just how high I did not see, but it must have been at least 8 or 10 feet or more. I saw a man along the shore, they had dug a little channel in to the bank, about 2 or 3 ft. wide. The man at the bottom, I could not see what he was doing, but I heard him call to some one at the top, to stop, and the man at the top - now, how are you going to get back up here. The man at the bottom replied, I will walk along until I find an opening. He appeared to be around 25 years and may be 5ft. 8 or 10 inches tall. Concerning the money, I believe it is in a water tight container, and on second thought, I wonder if that is what the man at the bottom was doing, burying it along the bank. Please forward this information to the proper law enforcement agency and may God help them to capture the guilty. And if

God made me see the following --- I was walking thru quite a dense woods, I came to the back side of a building, walking around one end and to the opposite side. On the further end was a partially opened door. As I came close to the door, there was some one standing in the door looking out. He evidently sensed my presence, quickly stepped back inside. I stepped around the door and looked in, the man was walking away from me. A voice at my side, quickly spoke to me -- he is the man who killed those people. I became fearfully afraid and started running thru the woods to get away, looking back to see if he was following me. I was having a terrible time making my head way, and then I took off just like a bird, flying above the tree tops. I was getting some where. After some distance I landed back on the ground. A short distance ahead was a cabin, I called to a woman sweeping on the porch, she became scared, and quickly stepped back inside. I then called to the man sitting in a rocking chair, to call the police, the man who killed those people is back there in the woods in a building. He quickly left and in a few [guess: minutes] back with other men carrying guns, one had a machine gun and immediately left for that building. That was all. That evening on returning b6 from my trip [redacted] and listening to a news cast. The police had their man. b7C My God love, he reveals the hidden thing - let his name be honored & revered. Evidently a larger body or a lake, waves were rolling against the shore about 4 or 6" high.

Where I saw man at foot of bank. on this side quite water.

I believe if the police will concentrate their efforts along water fronts or shore lines, their efforts may produce results. + (out over the water)
