On the afternoon of May 4, 1977, I received a phone call from [REDACTED] Royal Globe Insurance Company, New York, New York (long distance number [REDACTED]). [REDACTED] noted that her company is the insurer for the Northwest Airlines, and therefore is still out con- siderable monies which were paid to the unknown hijacker. She further noted that in approximately November, 1976, she forwarded information to a New York Agent by the name [REDACTED], who has since been transferred to Washington, D.C., about two individuals who had contacted her insurance company concerning the possibility of rewards for the identification and apprehension of the subject. (She pointed out that a [REDACTED] is now coordinating this matter in New York since [REDACTED] was transferred to WDC.) The two individuals who had contacted her were an AL HOLLAND, who told her that he did not want the FBI or the Orange County, California authorities to know this, but he felt he knew who the UNSUB was, and that he could be contacted through telephone number [REDACTED]. The other individual was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] California [REDACTED] claims psychic phenomena and had been teaching a number of individuals about his theory of psychochronometry (phonetic). She said apparently [REDACTED] had contacted the Seattle FBI Office, as he told her he had received a letter dated March 29, 1977.
