I have received your letter of July 10th and appreciate your remarks concerning this Bureau's endeavors to curtail the hijacking of airplanes. It was thoughtful of you to comment as you did regarding Special Agents in Charge Milnes and Gebhardt. You may be sure they and the men assigned to their divisions share my appreciation for your kind remarks about the effectiveness of their efforts.
