What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

SAC DALE KELL, Little Rock Division, telephonically contacted SA [redacted] this date and advised/that he had been contacted by former AUSA [redacted] who stated that he, [redacted], had been contacted by a [redacted] who wanted to know if the reward for D. B. COOPER was/still outstanding. Evidently, [redacted] has told [redacted] that he has a friend whom he would not name who knows the identity of COOPER.
SA [redacted] advised of above. SA [redacted] states that the reward program originally offered by Northwest Airlines no longer exists, however, the Royal Globe Insurance Aompany of New York, N. Y., will negotiate a reward. They will not, however, talk with anyone until they have first talked with the FBI.
This information was telephonically furnished to Night Clerk at Little Rock, who was going to advise SAC KELL.
