A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

SAC J.E. MILNES

NORJAK

On 4/22/72 I called SA [REDACTED] in Los Angeles; advised him that WFO was forwarding a photo today which was the second photo in this case and asked him to have it shown to [REDACTED] immediately and results furnished to us.

The same information was furnished to SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in Minneapolis.

I later talked to SA [REDACTED], Minneapolis and advised [REDACTED] had [guess: seen] this picture in Washington. She was travelling to Minneapolis today and upon receipt of this second photo, it should be shown to other witnesses at once.

I called SA BILL BROWN at Portland; told him that the photos were coming from WFO today; asked him immediately upon receipt to show it to the witnesses at airport and then have an Agent carry it to Eugene to have it shown to [REDACTED]
