Re Minneapolis airtel to Seattle, dated 7/13/76.
Enclosed for the Bureau is one (1) copy of referenced communication.
In view of the information contained in referenced communication, it does not appear a campaign such as planned at the San Francisco conference would be of any benefit to Northwest Orient Airlines. In addition, it might prove detrimental to Bureau interests. Unless advised to the contrary by the Bureau, therefore, Seattle will cancel plans to carry out an extensive publicity campaign concerning this matter in November of this year.
