Sky-jacker Cooper is dead. I now remember being told this in 1984 and can remember being told that the pictures of a parachutist who jumped ou[t] [REDACTED] it was supposed to be a military picture. Hours people were in the picture - the one [REDACTED] who'd just jumped out, the pilot, the one who took the picture, and [REDACTED] who in the [REDACTED] El Dorado County using the name [REDACTED] (I do not believe that this is his true name. I thinks that it may be [REDACTED] or [REDACTED])
There is another man who you need to check out to [guess: used] to live in River Pines [REDACTED] who now live at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Placerville, CA - ph. # [REDACTED] This man looked like Cooper and was definitely a [REDACTED] person who appeared to [REDACTED] if I saw him outside his house he often hurried in. And if I knocked on his door after I saw him the wouldn't answer. I thought that he must be really shy and I couldn't understand why he seemed frightened of me. Sometimes he said 'hi,' but usually if he saw me he'd take off. I never saw him any other place in River Pines. But I often saw him following [REDACTED] home from evidently the Placerville area. They [REDACTED] for many years. One night [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I do not remember the man's name. I was told in the last year that the man who now owns the [REDACTED] house is a [REDACTED]
She told me this several times. One day [REDACTED] told me that that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] used to be in the air force. Her mood was high and she asked like she had a secret. [REDACTED] over

are very close friends. [REDACTED] are friends with [REDACTED] who lived in the [REDACTED] house in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] are friends. Another family of friends to the people we've just mentioned are the [REDACTED] of River Pines.
About the same year that it was shown the plane pictures of "Cooper" - [REDACTED] were talking about what a wonderful guy their friend who'd died was. [REDACTED] This was probably in 1984.
Another man who may have been in the "plane pictures" [REDACTED] and used the name
His other address was [REDACTED] He supposedly [guess: does] in the military with [REDACTED] they call him by a different name. Another man who may be in the "plane pictures" is a [REDACTED] River Pines. At the [REDACTED] plane picture meeting was an [REDACTED] who we'd never seen before that day. He removed the plane pictures from his trunks and left them with [REDACTED] before he left. He and no matter where we live.
There was another man there who we had met before. He is [REDACTED] He had my friend's introduce as as [guess: teen-agers] because [guess: she] thought it [guess: funner] [REDACTED] we'd never heard of him [REDACTED] He has a [REDACTED] He told us that [REDACTED] years before and he never heard from him again [REDACTED] has the same deviant looks in his eyes as [REDACTED] Rumors from long ago were that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] of San Francisco. [REDACTED] is supposed to have [REDACTED]

The man in the picture il sent you was supposed to be a military friend. He has a resemblance to [REDACTED] The other man whose face you can see is [REDACTED] who worked for [REDACTED] Il hope that you will do an invest- igation of the information il've given you. Please at least check out [REDACTED] Please don't go through the Sacramento FBI. or the CA. Justice Department. They are corrupt.
