F. B. I. Portland, Oregon Dear Friends: I promised not to bother you with any more letters about the man who bailed out of the plane with the bundle of loot. I just couldn't resist writing you one more letter and try to summarize it. As I said before, about 30 years ago when I and the holy ghost I would be able to tell you every detail, but now only a word comes thru me now and then. The spirit seems to repeat that it was 'near a fair' where he came down. The language is sometimes symbolic. That means that it could mean a state monument or historical site, but I think it really means near some kind of a fair grounds-near it. I am beginning to agree with you up there now that Woodland is the area that is really hot, but you are working too far east. Work west of Woodland. There is some kind of an island north of Portland and a lake called Smith Lake and near it Delta P rk. Multnomah County Exposition Center would be more like it. He might have come down near here or northof it. It could have been a place under new construction, because it seems like I heard something like newly constructed this morning. It could be near Deer Island, also. 'Ne r a Fair' seems to be the lead line that the spirit gave me. There is also a fair grounds at Salem and at Eugene, but I don't think that is it. I think you are hot with the Woodland idea. Too bad you didn't sow a beeper in the fabric of those parachutes. My own personal opinion of the case now is that he died on impact and most certainly gone into the brink, either into the columbia or into a lake. Something came thru me this morning about a toll bridge. I notice that there is one at Astoria. I think a good place to take a vacation right now would be Seaside, Oregon for a couple of weeks and play on the beach. Some of those twenty dollar bills may come washing over on the shore one of these days if the packet is not tied too tight and is not too tight in the leather case. The white money bag with the paraphernalia in it may be found some day with the other chute not far from the point of origin, or takeoff. A good idea would be to run a copter down the columbia river once a day for awhile. Sincerely,

All a person has to do is give up all the animal food for a year as much as possible and switch to fruits and vegetables as mentioned in the book of Genesis. Make a good thick bowl of vegetable soup every day with carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, celery and etc. Eat this and use a good oil such as cottonseed or olive in it and peanut butter and rye or purpe nickel bread can be used. No coffee can be used at all. Coffee keeps people from contacting God- Can't use even one cup. Eat freely of raw fruits such as apples or oranges and don't smoke or drink or use the sex and do plenty of walking. In about a year the blood will turn over, the bone marrow and you can contact God. Takes about an hour to be burned out and a year to prepare for it. Sorry, but the churches don't have the intelligence.

Take out the non-smokers -non drinkers and keep them from sex and coffee for a year if they felt they could withstand and have prophets walking out of an Army or marine camp. Have big cauldrons of vegetable soup full of fresh tomatoes every day and plenty of fresh fruit and hogsheads of peanut butter and walk the hell out of them and pretty soon I would get results. Actually, the best bet for peace is the nation's young men that are growing up now and the ones that can overcome. The churches and our church system is not working on this angle, however. God don't give a hang about ceremony, All he likes is a good hiker and walker and a man that will watch his diet for about a year and believe me he will talk thru you just like your father. He even kids me sometimes, but he is stearn when it comes to eating junk such as canned stuff and highly processed foods. Take a walk into a super market and see the big carts of processed foods that are being purchased and you can get some idea of how far this nation is from God, together with the pollution of the air and the water. The lead from the gas goes into the blood also, that is what has happened [REDACTED]. Too much monoxide poisening from the cars. The planes are spewing gas into the air also. There are thousands of airplanes. Think of the gas in one day from all these planes and the detergents are rolling into the sea and contaminating the fish.
