On 12/6/71, [REDACTED] Fred Meyer, Telephone [REDACTED], advised that an individual b6 by name of [REDACTED] 6' - 6'1", [REDACTED], answering b7C general description of hijacker was in drug department of Fred Meyer on 12/5/71 and ordered prescriptions. [REDACTED] stated he called a Doctor [REDACTED], Hermiston, [illegible] telephone [REDACTED] regarding [REDACTED] and the prescription he needed, which consisted of [REDACTED] checked out with Dr. [REDACTED] re-appeared at FRED MEYER to pick up his prescription. He was accompanied by another person, also in his [REDACTED] stated to [REDACTED] that he had lived in Hermiston but was now living in Portland, Oregon and currently residing with [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] continued that another employee, [REDACTED] also b6 observed [REDACTED] and also made comment that he resembled the b7C hijacker. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] could be reached at his residence, [REDACTED] telephone [REDACTED] in Portland, Oregon. [REDACTED] was unable to provide any address or phone number for [REDACTED], but stated he believed she [REDACTED] and could be reached at FRED MEYER.
