GALOPE FOR INFORMATION OF PORTLAND AND MINNEAPOLIS, INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM [REDACTED] (PROTECT) THAT GALOPE RESEMBLES COMPOSITE AND APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO STATED HE WAS TIRED OF BEING BROKE AND THINKING OF HIJACKING AN AIRPLANE. HE STATED WORDS TO EFFECT HE WOULD DEMAND RANSOM IN CONNECTION WITH THE HIJACKING. ALSO HAS USED ALIAS OF COOPER AND CLAIMED PREVIOUS MILITARY DUTY WITH EIGHTY-SECOND AIRBORNE DIVISION. GALOPE DESCRIBED AS WHITE MALE, FORTY-TWO YEARS OLD, BORN JULY SEVEN, NINETEEN TWENTYNINE, WASHINGTON, D.C., MEDIUM HEIGHT, ONE HUNDRED SIXTYFIVE POUNDS, THINNING BROWN HAIR, DEEP VOICE, ITALIAN EXTRACTION, HEAVY SMOKER AND DRINKER.
