Portland Office obtained photograph from Multnomah County Sheriff's Office of HORTON, but this is same photograph as forwarded to Portland by Minneapolis.
[REDACTED] Adult Parole and Probation Office, State of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, advised on 12/14/71 HORTON is on probation and was last seen by his probation officer, [REDACTED], on 11/22/71. [REDACTED] located a picture of HORTON in the file which was taken in 1970 and shows HORTON with sunken cheeks similar to the 5/20/70 picture.
HORTON's parole officer, [REDACTED] Date of return to his office is not known.
Portland will not show photograph of HORTON to Portland witnesses since it has been reported it is not a good likeness.
