5:40 PM Cooper located at 391 C DeLaura Dr. Newport News and advised of the identities of Special Agents [REDACTED] 5:42 PM Cooper requested we return to his apartment located at 360 Beechmont Drive, SE, Newport News, VA. 5:45 PM Cooper advised of nature of the interview and furnished with an "Interrogation Notice of Rights Form" which he read and signed. 5:55 PM Interview begun 7:01 PM Interview ended & Cooper consented to posing for photographs. 7:02 PM Cooper requested that he be permitted to put on some undershorts as he had none on under the trousers which he was wearing. 7:06 PM Photographs taken of Cooper. 7:31 PM Photographing completed
