A picture of [REDACTED] was obtained from the Eugene, Oregon, Police Department on December 13, 1971.
[REDACTED] picture was shown to witnesses [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at Portland, Oregon, on December 14, 1971, by SA [REDACTED] and neither witness could iden- tify him as the hijacker.
