[REDACTED] assigned Portland International Airport, Sky Marshal's Office, telephonically advised just before noon this date his office received a call from Western Airlines. The airline representative stated Western Flight 617, scheduled to arrive San Francisco 1:50 p.m., was boarding a passenger who bore a striking resemblance to DAN COOPER.

[REDACTED] stated he proceeded to the boarding area and located the COOPER lookalike. This individual identified himself as ELLSWORTH FLOYD ALLEN, aka Floyd Allen. His driver's license revealed he resides 6203 Toro Creek, Alascadero, California, 93422, California driver's license #J722091. He claimed to be the West Coast Editor for Rodale Press, Inc., 33 E. Minor Street, Emmaus, Pennsylvania 18049. He furnished a home telephone numberof 805-466-2810. He was also in possession of a Hertz credit card. He is further described as WMA, DOB 4/7/25, 5'11 1/2", brown hair, blue eyes, 150-160 pounds. He furnished a former address of 993 Mesa, Morro Bay, California 93442.
