Oregon, telephonically contacted the Bend Resident Agency on 4/10/72, and furnished the following information:

She advised that up to a few months ago, she was employed at [REDACTED]. During her employment at that establishment, frequently, employees [REDACTED] would have coffee and drinks in the restaurant. One individual, in particular, only known as [REDACTED], who is still employed at [REDACTED], frequented [REDACTED] along with another individual who worked for [REDACTED] up to approximately [REDACTED]. She feels the individual who worked with [REDACTED] fits the description of the individual in the photograph depicting the Unsub without glasses. She further advised that it is her feeling the only difference between the individual in the picture and the individual who worked for [REDACTED] is that the individual who worker for [REDACTED] is between [REDACTED] years of age.

She advised that during the period of time that the individual was employed by [REDACTED], both he and [REDACTED] were very close and associated with one another after working hours. The individual mentioned, on several occasions, that he was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Oregon, however. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. She described the individual as being a clean cut, normal dresser. She further described him as being the "playboy" type as he was continually attempting to set up dates with waitresses at the restaurant.

She further advised that even though the individual left the [REDACTED] area and is currently residing somewhere in the state of California, he has visited [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on several occasions.

---

During the early party of winter, 1971, (October--November) which was right after the individual left the [REDACTED] area, [REDACTED], when he came to the restaurant, seemed highly nervous and got "shook" very easily at small incidents at the restaurant. She advised that on one occasion, in particular, [REDACTED] was so nervous that he dropped a whole cup of coffee in his lap and on another occasion, when she had dropped a plate in the restaurant, [REDACTED] began shaking so bad that he had to leave the restaurant before finishing his meal.

---

[REDACTED] advised she is not positive that the individual depicted in the photograph is identical to the individual who worked for [REDACTED], but is confident that there are several similarities between the individual and the photograph. She advised that other [REDACTED], who are still working at [REDACTED], could possibly furnish further information and compare the photo to the likeness of the individual described above. These individuals are [REDACTED] [REDACTED], phone number [REDACTED] probably knows the individual's name.
