NORTHWEST AIRLINES ADVISED AND IS RETURNING BILLS TO CIRCULATION. NO FURTHER INVESTIGATION PORTLAND THIS SUSPECT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED BY SEATTLE. ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
