On 12/5/72, [REDACTED] b6 which [REDACTED] of which contract b7C signed for balance of [REDACTED] Utilities files disclose start of electrical service to above residence on [REDACTED] and telephone [REDACTED] initiated on 1/5/73. DEEMS listed occupation as retired.
No record of DEEMS at Roseburg sheriff's office or police department.
