On the same date, [REDACTED], Salem, Oregon, produced employment records concerning [REDACTED]. He stated records indicate that [REDACTED] did not work 11/23/71, but did work from 11/24 - 11/28/71. During this period, he worked the day shift, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. [REDACTED] noted that the card reflects the exact times [REDACTED] punched in and punched out on each of his work days.
