[REDACTED] is suggested as suspect in this matter by an anonymous note mailed to the Bureau on 12/15/72. The note read as follows:
"This man is [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. We were all convinced DAN COOPER was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] before we saw this picture."
The note was accompanied by a newspaper clipping of UNSUB, Aka D. B. Cooper.
Attempts to locate and identify [REDACTED] at Seattle, Los Angeles, and Reno, have proved negative.
