On instant date, [REDACTED] Portland, advised writer that he has a friend, one [REDACTED] who lives at [REDACTED] [REDACTED], Portland.
[REDACTED] said that [REDACTED] told him that [REDACTED] had a friend by the name of [REDACTED] who is supposedly the subject of instant case. He said that this individual was reported to [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] said that this information was relayed to him 11/2/73 but he paid no attention at the time since [REDACTED] is noted for [REDACTED]. He said that since then certain things have happened that lead him to believe [REDACTED] is telling the truth. He would not elaborate.
[REDACTED] can be reached at his home address after 4:15P.M. and he asked that [REDACTED] not be contacted at this time.
