I am forwarding this information with the expection that it will be followed up on in a professional manner and not merely dismissed with a wave of the hand, as was the case when I first reported this to the Security Chief at Wisconsins Kettle Moraine State Prison [REDACTED] One of the prisoners [REDACTED] told me that he had lots of money waiting for him on the out- side. That statment in and of itself does not mean any- thing, but let us put the whole picture together. The party in question was not from Wisconsin, but came [REDACTED] from a tri-state area where Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota come together. He was serving time [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and know this to be true. The coincidence that most intrigues me, and my reason for once again bringing this matter to authorities, is that [REDACTED] are so interesting. His name in the Wisconsin State Prison system was [REDACTED], [REDACTED] was also an avid aviation buff and outdoors- men; [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was a solitary figure in the prison population, [REDACTED] He often spoke of survival in the Wild- erness. He was [REDACTED] I hope that this confidential information will be of some help to you, no one will ever know unless you check out this lead.
