On 2/13/90, COP DANNY TOFFEL, Klamath Falls, Oregon, Police Department, advised he had no opinion regarding the possibility that [REDACTED] was identical to the UNSUB in this investigation. He said the information he learned about [REDACTED], Klamath Falls, Oregon.
On 2/13/90, [REDACTED] was interviewed, and in addition to the information previously furnished to DANNY TOFFELL, he advised that [REDACTED] was married to a woman named [REDACTED] and he had been a [REDACTED] in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
