[REDACTED] furnished two copies of the above driver's license, and it was noted that his name had been misspelled on the license as being BRENNEN and the driver's license ## number was BR-BN-ND- A68*03 instead of [REDACTED]. These copies are attached for whatever action deemed necessary.
