Re memo SA [REDACTED], 12/15/71.
After repeated efforts to identify [REDACTED] through revealing the Vancouver Police Department indices cards and Clark County Sheriff's Office records cards were negative, an indices card was located at the Clark County Sheriff's Office re [REDACTED] which reflected that he was arres- ted and in custody of the Clark County Sheriff's Office, Van- couver, Washington, on 9/4/64. The date of arrest coincides with the information given by [REDACTED] on 12/13/71 that he was in jail at the Clark County Sheriff's Office with [REDACTED] during September, 1964.
A review of the Clark County Sheriff's Office records revealed the following description of [REDACTED]:
