Re Seattle memo of SA THOMAS J. MANNING, 12/4/71.
Washington, phone [REDACTED], was contacted on 12/13/71, at [REDACTED], Seattle, his place of employment, [REDACTED] [REDACTED], Seattle.
[REDACTED] advised that he met the suspect in September, 1964, while both were incarcerated in the Clark County [REDACTED] spent approximately [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] in the County Jail and during this period of time [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] is originally from [REDACTED] [REDACTED], area, and had [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reportedly served [REDACTED] Penitentiary from [REDACTED] and upon his release received [REDACTED] During this period of time [REDACTED] also married [REDACTED] (FNU). At approximately this time the suspect [REDACTED] [REDACTED], using the false name of [REDACTED] He [REDACTED] when they determined his true identity and was picked up in [REDACTED] Washington, by the Police Department. [REDACTED] was returned to [REDACTED] and was subsequently apprehended by the [REDACTED] Sheriff's Office. According to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] released the suspect.
