[REDACTED], LASSEN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA SHERIFF'S OFFICE, SUSANVILLE, CALIFORNIA, ADVISED THAT ON NOVEMBER TWENTY EIGHT, LAST, AN UNKNOWN PERSON DESCRIBED AS WHITE MALE, DARK COMPLECTED, APPEARING SOMEWHAT INDIAN, BUT NO INDIAN, SIX FEET - SIX FEET TWO INCHES, BLUE DENIM TROUSERS, BROWN COWBOY HAT, WHITE SWEATER, WAS IN STATE CAFE AND BAR AND ROUNDUP ROOM, AT WHICH BAR IN SUSANVILLE HE HAD BEEN DRINKING, AND OFFERED PERSONS FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO DRIVE HIM OUT OF TOWN.
