LEIBSEN RENTED HOUSE RURAL AREA COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON, NEAR RADIO BEACON ON WHICH HOMING DEVICE COULD HAVE CENTERED. HE PAID THE RENT WITH A CHECK DRAWN ON THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NE- VADA, CARSON CITY, NEVADA, WHICH CHECK HAD HIS NAME ONLY AND NO AD- DRESS. THE HOUSE RENTED WAS NEVER LIVED IN AND LEIBSEN DESCRIBED AS WMA, AGE FORTYFIVE, SIX FEET TALL, ONE SEVENTY POUNDS, HIGH CHEEK- BONES, DARK COMPLEXION, SANDY DARK HAIR. HE MOVED HIS BELONGINGS IN A WHITE DATSUN STATIONWAGON.
