Contact was had with [REDACTED b6/b7C] who was formerly [REDACTED b6/b7C] who left the Las Cruces, New Mexico, area and [REDACTED b6/b7C] advised that he cannot be more specific as to the whereabouts of the subject than that which was outlined in a complaint filed by SA [REDACTED b6/b7C] at Las Cruces against [REDACTED b6/b7C] on a recent date which will be contained in the substantive 88 file on [REDACTED b6/b7C]
ERNEST H. WILLIAMS, District Attorney at Las Cruces, New Mexico, advised that he has deferred prosecution for the time being on the subject to local authorities at Eureka, California, where they supposedly now have [REDACTED b6/b7C] in custody in connection with a [REDACTED b6/b7C] matter.
