Re Phoenix memo of SC [redacted] dated 12/1/81.
On 12/10/81 and 12/21/81, attempted contact was made with
a [redacted] at [redacted] Phoenix, Arizona, results
of which were negative. On 1/8/82, contact was made with [redacted]
[redacted] at which time she related that she felt that her initial
information provided to the FBI on or about 12/1/81 was false
information and that she requested that all items given to the FBI

that since her complaint, [redacted]
