Portland Oregon F.B.I.

I think you could all be pretty stupid about W.B. Cooper. No doubt he is alive, he is so smart - to outsmart, I am [REDACTED] [REDACTED] however, I wrote the Tacoma police [REDACTED] place I knew, any way so could the police - as they had a good description of his car - but [REDACTED] said [REDACTED] lives in [REDACTED] before very long that was confirmed. Now - a comparable experience, W.B Cooper was dropped carefully - planned before the plane landed

An anonymous or partially redacted individual writes to the Portland Oregon FBI expressing the opinion that the Bureau is being 'stupid' about W.B. Cooper. The writer asserts Cooper is alive because he was too smart to have been caught. The writer claims to have previously written to the Tacoma police with information about the case, including a description of Cooper's car, and that an identification of a person's location was later confirmed. The letter concludes with the assertion that Cooper was deliberately dropped and had planned his exit before the plane landed. The page appears to continue beyond what is shown.
