Enclosed herewith for Seattle are two copies each of two separate investigative inserts prepared at Portland and concerning investigation at [REDACTED] Oregon.
It should be noted that the complainant suggesting [REDACTED] may have information in this matter in August, 1977, indicated [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] the Norjak case. In view of the above information, it is felt that further efforts to locate and interview [REDACTED] are not warranted and no further investigation to locate him is being conducted.
